NRC Test Results
Our NRC ratings range from .40 to .80, depending on which product it is and how the product is mounted.
Fire Test Results
Our products meets both American and Canadian fire testing standards.
With ASTM E84, our products hold a Class A rating.
With CAN/ULC S102, our products hold a Flame Spread Classification of 15 and a Smoke Developed Classification of 210.
Disclaimer: While our products carry excellent fire ratings, they are NOT fireproof. Keep TheQuietRoom products away from flame source and extreme heat.
Product Care Instructions
Handling
- Ensure your hands are clean and free of any oils prior to handling our products. We recommend using gloves to prevent any transfer of oils or contaminants.
Cleaning
- Dust: Apply compressed air, or vacuum with gentle pressure.
- Stain: For spot cleaning, apply small amounts of warm soapy water and pat dry. Use a soap that is safe for polyester. For a thorough cleaning, disassemble product and steam clean. Ensure steam temperature does not exceed 245 °F (118 °C).
Warranty
TheQuietRoom.ca Inc. warrants all of our products to be free of manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage resulted from negligence, misuse, alteration, improper installation, improper cleaning, spills/stains, or mold/mildew.
Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for repair or replacement at the discretion of TheQuietRoom.ca Inc. Repairs/Replacements during the warranty period will incur no additional cost to the customer.
