Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my order is shipped with courier or freight?

Refer to the "Shipping" section of each product. If your order contains one or more oversized (aka freight) products, the entire order will ship with freight.

When will I receive my order?

It depends on our production lead time, plus the package's transit time.

Lead time: Our standard lead time is 21 days. This means we will ship out your order within 21 days of your order confirmation. Rush orders (7 day lead time) can be accepted on a case by case basis and with a rush fee.

Estimated transit time:

  • Courier shipping: 2-4 days for Eastern Canada, 4-7 days for Western Canada.
  • Freight shipping: 5-10 days for Eastern Canada, 9-14 days for Western Canada.

Please note that the transit time above are estimations only. We do not have control over the package's transit time once it is handed to the shipping company.

Will my order come with tracking info?

Courier shipping: You will receive tracking info via email once we hand off your order to the courier.

Freight shipping: Tracking is NOT available. If you opted for an appointment, the freight company will call your receiver to set up a date & time for delivery. If you indicated no appointment needed, the freight company will deliver in the next 5-15 days.

We ship all across Canada, including remote and Northern areas.

Where do you ship from?

We manufacture and ship all orders from our warehouse in Oakville, ON.

Do you offer order pickup instead of shipping?

Yes, customers may choose pickup as an option when adding products to cart.

Please note: The standard lead time (21 days) still applies for pickup. To avoid damage to products during transit, we recommend using a cargo van for products exceeding 4'x4' in size. Not all truck beds will fit our products.

How are taxes calculated?

Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout. The tax rate will be based on the shipping address.

Will my order ship free if I order a mix of free-shipping products and oversized products?

Orders containing oversized product(s) will be charged $375 flat rate shipping fee.

This fee is automatically waived at checkout if the order subtotal exceeds $3,000.
