Proposal:
A painting contractor, approached us to cut letters out of their tackable panels, to reveal the painted wall, for their customer.
Challenges:
We only had a pdf of the drawing, without a reference to which font was used. We didn't want to trace the letters by hand, we would have to search for the font online.
Solution:
- First we found the font online, to work from.
- We scaled the original pdf underneath the fusion drawing.
- We altered the size and spacing of the overlaid font to match the original architects drawing's font.
- We created the cut files, then labelled the pieces to make it easy to glue up and install onsite.
