Proposal:
A local contractor had asked us to create room dividers with their clients logo cut into the felt. The also asked for some of Room Dividers in our "Slats" pattern with custom widths.
They provided the logo file in an .eps format and we provided shop drawings for review and approval. The logo had to span two felt sheets and wrapped around a corner.
Challenges:
- The "Slats" room dividers had to be custom sizes.
- The inside of the letters in the logo were going to be hard to line up and glue onsite.
Solution:
- We resized our "Slats" room dividers, this wasn't too difficult.
- For the logo, we provided a cardboard reverse stencil, that was laid on the Sky Blue felt, the glue was sprayed overtop of the stencil, then the Deep Blue pieces were laid in place, so there was no glue found in the reveal.
