Handling: Ensure your hands are clean and free of any oils prior to handling our products. We recommend using gloves to prevent any transfer of oils or contaminants. 

Cleaning: For cleaning dusts, apply compressed air or vacuum with gentle pressure. For spot cleaning stains, apply small amounts of warm soapy water and pat dry. Use a soap that is safe for polyester. For a thorough cleaning, disassemble product and steam clean. Ensure steam temperature does not exceed 245 °F (118 °C).

TheQuietRoom.ca Inc. warrants all of our products to be free of manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. 

This warranty does not cover damage resulted from negligence, misuse, alteration, improper installation, improper cleaning, spills/stains, or mold/mildew. 

Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for repair or replacement at the discretion of TheQuietRoom.ca Inc. Repairs/Replacements during the warranty period will incur no additional cost to the customer.
