• Estimated transit time is 5-10 days for Central / Eastern Canada.
• Estimated transit time is 9-14 days for Western Canada. 
• The freight company is unable to provide tracking.

Do you have a forklift or dock to receive your product?

• If you don't have a forklift or dock onsite, request "tailgate service".
• With tailgate service, your 4'x8' pallet will be delivered to the curb.

Is someone always there at your site to receive?

• If someone isn't always at the receiving location, specify "appointment needed" when adding your product to your cart.
